Antifungal agent 96 (Compound WZ-2) is an antifungal agent with good blood-brain barrier permeability and brain penetration. Antifungal agent 96 inhibits the growth of C. neoformans H99 and C. albicans 0304103 with MIC values of 0.016 and 32 μg/mL, respectively[1].
