AS1842856 

AS1842856 (GMP) is AS1842856 (HY-100596) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. AS1842856, a specific Foxo1 inhibitor (IC₅₀=30 nM), potently suppresses autophagy^[1]. AS1842856 reduces Foxo1 activity and, to a lesser extent, inhibits Foxo1 protein expression by simply binding to Foxo1^[2].

AS1842856 (GMP) 通过抑制大鼠肝细胞系中的葡萄糖-6 磷酸酶和磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧激酶 mRNA 水平，有效抑制人类 Foxo1 转录激活并减少葡萄糖生成^[1]。经 AS1842856 (GMP) 处理后，p-FoxO1 和 FoxO1 蛋白表达与对照组相比无明显差异，但 p-Akt 表达较对照组降低^[2]。
