ASO 556089 is a 16 nucleotide length gap protein (3-10-3) that targets MALAT1, a long non-coding human and mouse RNA. ASO 556089 is an antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) with the sequence 5 '-GmCATTmCTAATAGmCAGmC-3'[1].

(In Vitro)

ASO 556089 (0.16-40 µM; 72 h) targeting PCSK9 and MALAT1 in 2D HRPTEC cultures[1].
ASO 556089 (1 and 10µM; 48 h) causes target transcriptional downregulation in HRTEC cultured on chip[1].
ASO 556089 (0.31-5 μM; 48 h) inhibits MALAT1 gene expression in 2D HRPTEC culture[1].
ASO 556089 (40 µM; 72 h) does not cause cytotoxicity[1].
