本产品为重组 HEK293 cell 表达，C-terminal His Tagged，分子量 39.7 kDa，储存缓冲液组分为 20 mM Tris-HCl（PH7.4）, 200 mM NaCl, 20% Glycerin，能有效转移 GalNAc 或者 GalNAz 等衍生物到末端 GlcNAc 残基，后者可以应用于抗体-药物偶联物 (ADC) 作为靶向癌症治疗等。

使用说明（可根据实验情况调整）
反应体系：
100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5)，6 mM MnCl2;
2、反应试剂：
1) UDP-GalNAz：抗体（当量比）= 300:1；
2) 酶添加量：酶/抗体=5%；
3) 按照上述条件配制反应液，37℃ 反应 48 小时，后置于 -15℃ 至 -25℃ 停止反应并进行样品检测。
