Description

DBCO-Cy3 (DBCO-Sulfo-Cy3) is the derivative of Cyanine3 fluorophore, a pH insensitive from pH (4-10) orange fluorescent dye with excitation maximum 555 nm and emission maximum of 580 nm. DBCO-Cy3 has fast reaction kinetics and good stability, and is productive to use in many standard fluorescent instrumentations.

DBCO-Cy3 exhibits less background than TAMRA and most other commonly used fluorescent dyes.
DBCO-Cy3 can be conjugated to antibodies, peptides, and proteins, it can be excited using the 532 nm or 555 nm laser line  and visualized with TRITC filter sets.
