Fast green FCF free acid is a dye that is acid-resistant. Fast Green FCF free acid inhibits α-synuclein aggregation, as well as Aβ, P2X4 receptor and TLR4/Myd88/NF-κB. Fast Green FCF free acid is widely used as a staining agent like quantitative stain for histones at alkaline pH after acid extraction of DNA, and as a protein stain in electrophoresis. Fast Green FCF free acid improves cognitive impairment, depression, relieves pain allergies, and promotes reproductive function[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9].

Fast Green FCF (HEWL/FCF free acid 摩尔比：1 比 0.01-1 比 1，10 天) free acid 以浓度依赖性方式抑制溶菌酶原纤维的生成，并对预先形成/存在的溶菌酶原纤维表现出分解活性[2]。
Fast Green FCF (100 μg/mL-1 mg/mL) free acid 抑制大鼠海马中间神经元的突触活动，半最大有效浓度约为 200 μg/mL (250 μM)[3]。
Fast Green FCF (5-100 μM，24 h) free acid 抑制 α-突触核蛋白聚集，分解成熟原纤维并防止 PC12 细胞中淀粉样蛋白诱导的神经毒性[4]。
Fast Green FCF (Aβ40 与 FGF 的摩尔比为 3:1-1:3) free acid 可减轻 Aβ40 纤维形成引起的 PC12 细胞毒性[5]。

Concentration: 5, 25, 50, 100 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Reduced the cytotoxicity, and the cell viability respectively reached 66.2% (5 μM) and 72.7% (25 μM).
Increased cell viability, reaching 76.4% (50 μM) and 89.0% (100 μM), respectively.

Fast Green FCF (100 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每日一次，连续 7 天) free acid 可减轻脂多糖诱导的抑郁样行为，并下调小鼠海马中的 TLR4/Myd88/NF-κB 信号通路[7]。
Fast Green FCF (30-100 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每日一次，共 9 天) free acid 可缓解疼痛过敏，并下调啮齿动物炎症疼痛模型中的脊髓 P2X4 表达和促炎细胞因子水平[8]。
