Flipper-TR probe (Compound FliptR probe) is a fluorescent probe specifically designed to measure cell membrane tension. Flipper-TR probe reports changes in membrane tension through variations in its fluorescence lifetime. Flipper-TR probe is applicable to a wide range of organisms including bacteria, yeast, mammals, and plants[1].

使用指南：
存储：Flipper-TR 探针在接收后应存放在 -20 °C 的环境中。
配制探针溶液：将探针溶解在无水 DMSO 中制成 1 mM 的储备液，储备液应在 -20 °C 或以下温度存储。
配制染色溶液：使用前不久，将 Flipper-TR 稀释到所需浓度（通常开始于 1 µM）在细胞培养基中。
染色协议：细胞在培养基中长至所需密度后，用含探针的染色溶液替换培养基，确保所有细胞都被溶液覆盖，然后将细胞放入含 5 % CO2 的恒温湿箱中于 37 °C 孵育 15 分钟，用于成像前的准备。
