Fluparoxan hydrochloride is an orally active, selective and competitive alpha 2-adrenoceptor antagonist. Fluparoxan hydrochloride is an anti-depressant agent[1][2].

在大鼠离体尾尾肌中,Fluparoxan 是一种较弱的竞争性拮抗剂,可对抗 α1-肾上腺素受体激动剂 phenylephrine (HY-B0769) 的收缩反应,pKB 为 4.45,α2: α1-肾上腺素受体选择性比大于 2500[1]
