生物活性

Ivospemin (SBP-101) hydrochloride is an antineoplastic spermine analog. Ivospemin hydrochloride has shown efficacy in slowing pancreatic and ovarian tumor progression in vitro and in vivo. Ivospemin hydrochloride shows modest induction of polyamine catabolism, but stronger repression of ornithine decarboxylase activity. Ivospemin hydrochloride is promising for research of cancers[1][2][3].

Ivospemin hydrochloride (24 mg/kg，腹腔注射，2 周一次，连续 3 次，交替周数，持续 60 天) 在小鼠卵巢腺癌模型中通过推迟疾病发作并减少总体肿瘤负担，增加了生存率[2][3]。

Animal Model: Murine Ovarian Adenocarcinoma Model[2][3]
Dosage: 24 mg/kg
Administration: i.p., 2qw×3, alternating weeks for 60 days
Result: Produced a 20% increase in median survival from 43 days to 52 days post-injection, extended the time to ascites formation to 46.9 days, an increase of 13% combined with Gemcitabine (HY-17026) or Topotecan (HY-13768).
