LAGIPRA peptide is a long-acting GIP1R agonist. LAGIPRA peptide enhances insulin sensitivity by augmenting glucose disposal and reduces branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and ketoacids. LAGIPRA peptide has the potential for the research of type 2 diabetes[1].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

LAGIPRA peptide (1000 nmol/kg; sc) 在 Glp-1r–/– 小鼠的腹膜内葡萄糖耐量试验中降低了高血糖，但对 Gipr 缺陷 (Gipr–/–) 动物无效果[1]。
LAGIPRA peptide (300 nmol/kg; sc; once a day for 14 days) 对体重有轻微影响 (降低 4%)，并短暂性地 (在最初 24-48 小时内) 减少食物摄入量，降低空腹血糖和胰岛素水平[1]。

Administration: SC; once a day for 14 days
Result: Showed a small (4% reduction) effect on body weight and transient reduction (during the first 24-48 hours) in food intake, decreases fasting glucose and insulin.
