制备 0.5% Methyl cellulose 溶液的规程
称取 0.5g 干燥的 Methyl cellulose 并溶解在 100ml ddH2O/0.9% 盐水 (0.9g NaCl 溶于 100ml ddH2O) 中制成澄清溶液。
根据在搅拌和加热 (50-65°C) 的条件下，将 Methyl cellulose 缓慢加入ddH2O/0.9% Saline中有助于加速溶解。

注意事项
1. 您必须确保您的 Methyl cellulose 溶液不存在固液分离现象。溶液呈均匀透明状态，无颗粒。
2. Methyl cellulose 完全溶解可能需要4小时或更长时间。
0.5% Methyl cellulose 溶液 (0.5% MC) 可用于口服或腹腔注射[1]。
