Myosin H Chain Fragment, mouse acetate salt is a fragment of the α-Myosin heavy chain peptide. Myosin H Chain Fragment can be used to induce experimental autoimmune myocarditis (EAM) mouse model[1][2].

诱导心肌炎[1][2]
致病原理
Myosin H Chain Fragment, mouse 通过诱导心脏炎症，触发自身免疫反应，增加白细胞浸润，从而导致心肌炎。
具体造模方法：
小鼠：Balb/c • 雄性 • 6-8 周龄
给药方式：150 μg • 皮下注射 • 第 0 和 7 天
Note
(1) 小鼠分成 2 组，对照组包含 10 只，Myosin H Chain Fragment, mouse 诱导组包含 12 只。
(2) 在第 0、7、21 天使用麻醉系统在 2%-3% 异氟醚连续麻醉下进行超声心动图检查，使用加热垫和直肠探针将小鼠体温调节在 37 ± 0.5 ℃。
(3) 在给药 21 天后处死小鼠，立即切除心脏，并沿左心室短轴在心室中部水平切开，然后在 4% 的甲醛中固定过夜，制备石蜡切片，并用苏木精和伊红染色，进行组织病理学检查。
造模成功指标
组织变化: 出现明显的炎性浸润，左心室厚度显著增加。
超声心电图: 左心室收缩功能降低，左心室舒张内径 (LVIDd) 和收缩内径 (LVID) 增加。
