Pepsin (MS Grade) is the major pig and human gastric proteases, it is a pepsin-like minor gastric proteolytic enzymes. Pepsin (MS Grade) contributes to proteolysis of food proteins in the vertebrate stomach[1].

(In Vitro)

本产品可用于：1) 质谱分析和其他应用中进行蛋白分析；2）用于结构蛋白研究（HDX 交换）和抗体分析；3）用于消化蛋白质组学上紧密折叠蛋白；4）疫苗生产消化酪蛋白。
使用方法
1）目的蛋白溶解：将蛋白溶解于 pH 1.0-5.0 缓冲液中；
2）酶溶解：将胃蛋白酶粉末溶解于双蒸水中，注意 pH 应低于 5.5，使胃蛋白酶的终浓度为 1 mg/mL；
3）酶切：将胃蛋白酶加入目的蛋白溶液中，推荐比例为酶：蛋白=1:20-1:100（W:W），混匀后 37℃ 反应 1-18 h，95℃ 加热 10 min 终止反应。
