PG110 is a humanized monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting ActRII/Myostatin/NGF. PG110 has anti-allodynic and anti-hyperalgesic activities. PG110 enhances fat-specific weight loss and bone mineral density in diet-induced obese (DIO) mice model without negative effects on lean mass. PG110 can be used for persistent/chronic inflammatory pain, obesity and skeletal health research[1][2].
