白细胞介素 10 受体 (IL-10R) 是一种 II 型细胞因子受体，由 2 个α 和 2 个β 亚基组成的四聚体。其中，α 亚基又称 IL-10RI，是一种配体结合亚基，而 β 亚基又称 IL-10RII，是信号转导所需的辅助亚基。IL-10 受体表达主要在造血谱系细胞中表征，例如树突细胞、B 细胞、T 细胞、NK 细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞。当 IL-10R 与其配体 IL-10 结合时，可以诱导 Jak1 和 Tyk2 磷酸化并激活转录因子STAT3。激活的 STAT3 单体二聚化并进入细胞核内，诱导基因的表达。IL-10R 介导的信号通路在在免疫耐受、T 细胞和DC 的发育以及B细胞的生长分化中发挥重要作用。此外，也有研究报道，在 NK 细胞中，来自 IL-10 受体的信号增强了 IL-2 诱导的增殖并增加了细胞的细胞毒活性。L-10 受体表达也参与其他细胞对炎症反应的介导[1][2]。

The interleukin 10 receptor (IL-10R) is a type II cytokine receptor consisting of a tetramer of 2 alpha and 2 beta subunits. The α subunit, also known as IL-10RI, is a ligand-binding subunit, while the β subunit, also known as IL-10RII, is a co-subunit required for signal transduction. IL-10 receptor expression is mainly characterized in cells of the hematopoietic spectrum, such as dendritic cells, B cells, T cells, NK cells, neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. When IL-10R binds to its ligand IL-10, it induces phosphorylation of Jak1 and Tyk2 and activates the transcription factor STAT3. activated STAT3 monomers dimerize and enter the nucleus to induce gene expression. IL-10R-mediated signaling pathways play an important role in immune tolerance, T cell and DC development, and B cell growth and differentiation. In addition, it has also been reported that in NK cells, signaling from IL-10 receptors enhances IL-2-induced proliferation and increases the cytotoxic activity of cells. IL-10R expression is also involved in the mediation of other cellular responses to inflammation[1][2].
