IL-10R beta 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His-hFc)

IL-10R beta protein is an IL10 cytokine surface receptor involved in IL10-mediated inflammation and immune regulation, as well as viral defense responses. IL-10R beta Protein, Human (HEK293, His-hFc) is expressed by HEK 293 cells and has a transmembrane region (W221-F242) with a His and -hFc tag at the C-terminus^[3].

IL-10受体复合物由四个跨膜链的异二聚体组成，其中两个形成IL-10Rα，其中两个形成IL-10Rβ。IL-10R beta 最初称为孤儿受体 CRF2-4，是活性白细胞介素 10 受体复合物的重要辅助亚基^[1]。
IL-10R beta 可与 IL 结合-10 通过 JAK-STAT 途径，IL-10 受体复合物的激活导致受体相关蛋白 TYK 和 JAK-1 磷酸化，并最终激活转录因子 STAT3、STAT1 和 STAT5，这些因子调节IL-10 响应基因（包括 c-myc、bcl-2 和 bcl-xL）的表达，启动信号转导^[2]。
IL-10R beta 在大多数细胞上表达细胞类型，也是激活五种 II 类细胞因子（IL-10、IL-22、IL-26、IL-28 和 IFNL1）所需的共享细胞表面受体，这些细胞因子在宿主防御、免疫调节中发挥关键作用。其中，IFNLR1/IL10R β二聚体是细胞因子配体 IFNL2 和 IFNL3 的受体，并介导其抗病毒活性^[3]。

IL-1R beta expression levels increase steadily during neuronal differentiation in human neuronal cells (NT2-N) and can be co-expressed with IL-28Rα, affecting the biological function of cells for IFN-λ^[4].
