β-Catenin is a key component of canonical Wnt signaling, which dynamically controls cellular processes. In the absence of Wnt, it forms a complex leading to phosphorylation and degradation. beta-Catenin Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant mouse-derived beta-Catenin protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag. The total length of beta-Catenin Protein, Mouse (sf9, His-GST) is 781 a.a., with molecular weight of ~115 kDa.
