CCL4 蛋白, Human (P.pastoris, His)

CCL4 Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is a small cytokine of the CC chemokine subfamily that binds to the CCR5 chemokine receptor on the cell surface, promotes leukocyte aggregation under various inflammatory conditions, and contributes to immune protection against human immunodeficiency virus type 1. CCL4 Protein, Human (P.pastoris, His) is a recombinant human CCL4 (A24-Q92) expressed by P. pastoris with a His tag at the C-terminu^[1].

CCL4又名巨噬细胞炎症蛋白（MIP-1β），属于CC趋化因子家族，是人体中由CCL4基因编码的蛋白质，属于17号染色体17q11-q21区域，分子量约为8-10 kDa。CCL4 可由单核细胞、B 细胞、T 细胞、NK 细胞、树突状细胞、中性粒细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和上皮细胞产生^[1]。CCL4 充当趋化因子，与 G 蛋白偶联受体 CCR5 和 CCR8 结合，并充当炎症或受损组织部位的自然杀伤细胞、单核细胞和各种其他免疫细胞的趋化剂。与此同时，CCL4 还可以作为 CD8+ T 细胞产生的主要 HIV 抑制因子，诱导不同毒株的 HIV-1、HIV-2 和猴免疫缺陷病毒 (SIV) 的剂量依赖性抑制。其中，N端加工形式CCL4（3-69）是由外周血淋巴细胞分泌后蛋白水解裂解产生的，保留了诱导趋化因子受体CCR5表面表达下调并抑制CCR5介导的HIV-1进入的能力进入 T 细胞^[2]。
