DKK-1 Proteinas are potent antagonists of canonical Wnt signaling, inhibiting LRP5/6-Wnt interactions and forming a ternary complex with KREMEN to promote LRP5/6 internalization. In addition to its proapoptotic function by antagonizing KREMEN1 independently of Wnt, DKK-1 also exhibits antiapoptotic activity. DKK-1 Protein, Human (235a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived DKK-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-8*His labeled tag. The total length of DKK-1 Protein, Human (235a.a, HEK293, His) is 235 a.a., with molecular weight of 42-47 kDa.
