FYN Protein, Human (Biotinylated, sf9, His, Flag, Avi) is the recombinant human-derived FYN, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with Avi, His, Flag labeled tag.

Fyn 是一种非受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶，参与调控细胞生长与存活、细胞黏附、整合素介导的信号传导、细胞骨架重塑、细胞运动、免疫反应以及轴突导向等多个生物学过程。该激酶在 C 末端尾部被磷酸化后保持非活性状态，经 PKA 激活后与 PTK2/FAK1 结合并促进其磷酸化与活化，进而靶向黏着斑。Fyn 通过磷酸化 CTNNB1 (β-catenin) 和 CTNND1 (δ-catenin) 调控细胞黏附与运动，并通过磷酸化 WAS、MAP2 和 MAPT 等蛋白介导细胞骨架重塑。其还能通过磷酸化 AGAP2/PIKE-A 抑制凋亡切割以促进细胞存活，并通过磷酸化 NPHS1、KIRREL1 和 TRPC6 等裂孔隔膜组分参与肾小球滤过屏障完整性的信号传导。在神经系统中，Fyn 通过磷酸化 DPYSL2、ARHGAP32 和 SNCA 参与神经功能调控。此外，Fyn 在 T 细胞受体 (TCR) 激活后介导 T 细胞分化与增殖信号通路，包括磷酸化 PTK2B/PYK2 以及通过 PAG1-CSK 相互作用负反馈调控 TCR 信号。类似功能包括：在 reelin 信号中磷酸化 DAB1 (by similar)；在肥大细胞中激活免疫球蛋白 epsilon 受体信号后磷酸化 CLNK (by similar)；促进 CD244 介导的 NK 细胞活化。
