IFN-gamma Protein is a cytokine belonging to the interferon family, secreted by activated immune cells such as T cells and NK cells. IFN-gamma Protein plays a key role in the immune system, exerting activities including regulating immune responses, antiviral effects, and antitumor effects. IFN-gamma Protein, Mouse is a recombinant IFN-gamma protein expressed by E. coli without any tag^[1][2][3][4].

IFN-gamma 是一种具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤和抗病毒特性的细胞因子。IFN-gamma 可激活巨噬细胞和 NK 细胞、调节 T 细胞分化并参与炎症反应。IFN-gamma 能诱导抗病毒蛋白抑制病毒复制并增强感染细胞的免疫识别，还可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、激活免疫细胞及抑制肿瘤血管生成发挥抗肿瘤作用。IFN-gamma 同时可促进 MHC 分子表达以提升免疫细胞对病原体和异常细胞的识别效率，此外还参与骨髓造血干细胞的分化与成熟调节^[1][2][3][4]。

IFN-gamma 蛋白 (Mouse; 10 ng/mL; 24 h) 在肿瘤细胞 MC38 中可上调 MHC-I 和 PD-L1 表达，与 Nintedanib (HY-50904) 连用效果更好^[5]。

IFN-gamma 蛋白 (Mouse; 10 ng; 鼻内注射; 感染后第 1、3、5 天) 在小鼠初次感染呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV) 后给药，可显著减轻再感染后的气道高反应性 (AHR) 和炎症^[6]。
IFN-gamma 蛋白 (Mouse; 50000 U/animal; 静脉注射; 3 次/周; 4 周) 在小鼠黑色素瘤肿瘤模型中具有抗肿瘤的活性，且可减少肺转移灶数量^[7]。

1. Determined by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of murine WEHI-279 cells. The expected ED₅₀ is < 1 ng/mL.
2. Measured by its ability to inhibit the proliferation of HT-29 human coloncancer cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is ≤0.7283 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity is ≥1.37×10⁶ Unit/mg.
3.Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Mouse IFN gamma is used at 10 μg/mL can bind Biotinylated Mouse CD119 (HY-P72611). The ED₅₀ for this effect is <135 ng/mL.
4. Measured by its binding abiity in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse IFN gamma at 10 μg/ml (100 μL/well) can bind Mouse CD119 (HY-P72611). The ED₅₀ for this effect is <100 ng/mL.
