MBIP protein inhibits MAP3K12 activity and prevents activation of the JNK/SAPK pathway. It is an important component of the ATAC complex, a histone acetyltransferase complex targeting histones H3 and H4. MBIP Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived MBIP protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag. The total length of MBIP Protein, Human (His) is 344 a.a., with molecular weight of ~50.0 kDa.
