MCP-2/CCL8 蛋白, Human (SUMO)

MCP-2/CCL8 Protein, Human (SUMO) is a CC chemokine that interacts with CCR1, CCR2B, CCR3, and CCR5 to mediate host inflammatory immune responses, tumorigenesis, and antiviral infections. MCP-2/CCL8 Protein, Human (SUMO) is a recombinant human MCP-2/CCL8 (Q24-P99) protein expressed by E. coli  with a N-SUMO tag^[1][2].

CCL8，也称为单核细胞趋化蛋白 2 (MCP2)，是属于 CC 趋化因子家族的小细胞因子。它首先在人骨肉瘤细胞中发现，是由位于人17号染色体上的CCL8基因编码的蛋白质。CCL8主要在小肠和外周血细胞中表达。CCL8 可以结合多种不同的趋化因子细胞表面受体，例如 CCR1、CCR2B、CCR3 和 CCR5。CCL8可以充当化学引诱剂，吸引单核细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞等趋化因子来介导炎症宿主反应。一方面，CCL8有助于乳腺癌的扩散，促进食管鳞癌的迁移和侵袭。另一方面，也有报道称CCL8抑制宫颈癌肿瘤生长，并在黑色素瘤中表现出抗肿瘤转移作用。cCL8 显着激活胶质母细胞瘤细胞中的 ERK1/2 磷酸化，并通过中和 tama 分泌的 CCL8 的抗体阻断来显着降低胶质瘤细胞的侵袭性。同时，CCL8 可以作为一种有效的 HIV1 抑制剂，对受体 CCR5 具有高亲和力，CCR5 是 HIV1 的主要共同受体之一^[1][2]。

MCP2/CCL8 (1 ng/mL, 48 h) can induce Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition (EMT) by activation NF-κB signal pathway in human ESCC cell line Eca19 and promote migration and invasion of ESCC cells^[3].
