外泌体（Exosome）是由活细胞分泌的直径约为 30-150 nm 的小囊泡，具有典型的脂质双分子层结构；存在于细胞培养上清液、血清、血浆、唾液、尿液、羊水以及其它生物体液中；外泌体携带有多种蛋白质、脂类、RNA 等重要信息，外泌体将蛋白质、代谢物和核酸运送到受体细胞中，有效地改变了它们的生物反应。这种外泌体介导的反应可以促进或抑制疾病的发生发展。研究表明，外泌体与免疫反应、病毒致病性、妊娠、心血管疾病、中枢神经系统相关疾病和癌症等疾病的发展有关。

外泌体不仅在细胞与细胞间的物质和信息传递中起重要作用，更有望成为多种疾病的早期诊断标志物。外泌体在疾病中的生物学作用仍在不断研究中，针对其在各种病理诊断和治疗中的作用已成为学术界的研究热点。MCE 外泌体化合物库收录了 45 种具有激活或抑制外泌体分泌/合成的化合物，是外泌体研究的有用工具。

Product Details

Formulation:

A collection of 45 exosomes compounds supplied as pre-dissolved Solutions or Solid
Solution: 44 compounds supplied in 10 mM solution, 1 compounds supplied in 3 mg/mL solution.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
