Sobetirome  (Synonyms: GC-1; QRX-431)

Sobetirome (GMP) is Sobetirome (HY-14823) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. Sobetirome (GC-1) is a thyroid hormone receptor β (TRβ)-specific agonist which bind selectively to TRβ-1 with an EC₅₀ of 0.16 μM^[1].

Sobetirome (GMP) 是一种甲状腺激素受体 β (TRβ) 和肝脏摄取选择性激动剂。在甲状腺功能正常的小鼠中，Sobetirome (GMP) (48 nmol/kg) 可降低高密度脂蛋白 (HDL) 胆固醇和极低密度脂蛋白 (VLDL) 甘油三酯水平。Sobetirome (GMP) 还能降低高胆固醇血症小鼠的 HDL 胆固醇和甘油三酯水平，并增加肝脏 HDL 受体表达，刺激胆汁酸合成^[2]。
使用 10 倍剂量 Sobetirome (GMP) 治疗仅导致脂肪量增加 21% (1.7 g)，而 20 倍剂量治疗则使脂肪量减少 20% (1.3 g)^[3]。
