1.1 制备储存液
用无水 ddHO 配制 1 mg/mL 的储备液，可辅助涡旋振荡。
注：
溶解浓度不要超过 1 mg/mL，如果浓度大于 1 mg/mL，可能会出现沉淀，一旦发生沉淀不建议继续使用。
此产品不可冻存，溶解澄清后可在 4℃ 保存一个月。

1.2 工作液的配制
用预热好的细胞培养基稀释储存液，配制成 1-1000 ng/mL 的工作液。
注：请根据实际情况调整工作液浓度，并用 0.22 μm 过滤器除菌，现用现配。
