1. 诱导肥胖[1]
致病原理
高脂饮食会增加动物脂肪细胞的大小和含量，从而诱发肥胖。
具体造模方法：
小鼠：MMTV-polyoma middle T antigen (PyMT) transgenic mice • 4 周龄
给药方式：每天饲喂 • 持续 8 个周。
Note
Tips:
1) 建议采用 24 小时禁食法或 7 天逐渐改变饮食的方式进行饮食调整。
2) 2-3 天更换一次饲料，旧饲料弃用。
3) 优先选用刨花垫料，每周更换 1-2 次。
4) 60% 脂肪供能饲料硬度较低，需配备磨牙棒。
5) 冷藏保存。
造模成功指标
体重：高脂 (HF) 饮食喂养的小鼠体重高于正常饮食喂养的小鼠。
组织病理学：存在轻度至中度脂肪变性。
其他指标：高脂饮食组小鼠的腹部内脏脂肪重量始终高于正常饮食组。

2. 诱导 2 型糖尿病[2]
致病原理
高脂饮食联合 Streptozotocin (HY-13753) 注射是建立啮齿动物 2 型糖尿病 (T2DM) 模型的常用方法，近年来也被用于糖尿病相关认知障碍的研究。
具体造模方法：
大鼠：Sprague-Dawley 大鼠 • 雄性 • 4 周龄
给药方式：每天饲喂• 4 周高脂饮食 + 单次注射 30 mg/kg Streptozotocin
Note
Tips:
1) 建议采用 24 小时禁食法或 7 天逐步调整饮食。
2) 饲喂高脂饮食 6 周后的大鼠，然后连续 3 天腹腔注射 35 mg/kg STZ。
造模成功指标
血糖水平:血糖水平超过 300 mg/dL (16.7 mmoL/L)。
