Anti-inflammatory agent 34 (Compound IVf) (200mg/kg; p.o.; single dose) 对角叉菜胶诱导的大鼠足水肿有抑制作用，对小鼠有缓解疼痛作用[1]。

Result: Showed 55.7 ± 0.019% inhibition on carrageenan induced rat paw edema at the 3rd h.
Animal Model: Albino mice, acetic acid induced writhing method[1]
Dosage: 200 mg/kg
Administration: Oral, single dose
Result: Showed 48.1% analgesic activity.
