Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14)（10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每 3 天一次，共 3-4 次）在 CT26.CL25 皮下肿瘤模型中表现出抗肿瘤作用，完全缓解率为 18%，但对 CT26.CL25 肝转移性肿瘤无明显抗肿瘤作用[1]。
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14)（50-200 μg/小鼠，皮内注射，单次给药）在小鼠模型中引起急性瘙痒[2]。

Animal Model: Mouse CT26.CL25 liver metastasis model[1]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: ip, every 3 days for 3-4 doses
Result: Failed to significantly change immune cells when used alone.
Increased the M1/M2 ratio, increased the number of mature CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells, increased the expression of IFN-γ and TNF-α when used with the combination of CAPOX.
Animal Model: C57BL/6J mouse models[2]
Dosage: 50-200 μg/mouse
Administration: intradermal injection, single dose
Result: Increased the number of spontaneous scratching in mice.
