研究背景

OCT2 是一种转录因子，能够特异性结合 octamer 基序 (5'-ATTTGCAT-3')。它在 B 细胞中与 POU2AF1 共同调节 IL6 的表达 (by similar)。除了激活免疫球蛋白基因表达外，OCT2 还在多种组织中调控转录。此外，它能够调节 NR3C1、AR 和 PGR 的转录反式激活作用，并激活 U2 小核 RNA (snRNA) 启动子。
