研究背景

Adiponectin Receptor 1（AdipoR1）是脂肪细胞分泌的重要激素 ADIPOQ 的受体，在调节葡萄糖和脂质代谢中起关键作用（PubMed:12802337，PubMed:25855295）。该受体对于维持正常的葡萄糖和脂肪稳态以及正常体重至关重要。ADIPOQ 结合后可激活信号级联反应，导致 AMPK 活性增强，最终促进脂肪酸氧化和葡萄糖摄取，同时抑制糖异生（By similarity）。AdipoR1 对球型 adiponectin（globular adiponectin）具有高亲和力，而对全长 adiponectin（full-length adiponectin）的亲和力较低（By similarity）。
