CEACAM6 Antibody (YA3351) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to CEACAM6.

CEACAM6 蛋白是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，在细胞粘附和肿瘤进展中发挥着关键作用。相互作用以不依赖于钙和纤连蛋白的方式发生，介导嗜同性和嗜异性细胞与其他癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附分子（如 CEACAM5 和 CEACAM8）的粘附。特别是，与 CEACAM8 的异嗜性相互作用发生在活化的中性粒细胞中，影响中性粒细胞与细胞因子活化的内皮细胞的粘附。在肿瘤进展的背景下，CEACAM6 作为癌基因，通过正向调节细胞迁移、与内皮细胞的粘附和侵袭。此外，它还通过诱导胰腺腺癌细胞和结直肠癌细胞对失巢凋亡的抵抗而促进转移级联反应。CEACAM6 形成同二聚体，通过其 Ig 样 V 型结构域参与同二聚化，并且还通过各自的 Ig 样 V 型结构域与 CEACAM8 形成异二聚体，突出了其在细胞粘附和癌症相关过程中的多方面作用。

  Immunocytochemistry analysis of MCF-7 cells labeling CEACAM6 with CEACAM6 Antibody(HY-P83606) at 1/100 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining for 10 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with CEACAM6 Antibody(HY-P83606) at 1/100dilution in QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining at 4 ℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L（HY-P8002, Green) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded rat testis tissue using CEACAM6 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
