Cytokeratin 10 Antibody (YA1857) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Cytokeratin 10.
研究背景

Cytokeratin 在足底皮肤中参与表皮屏障的建立 (by similar)。它在上皮组织的表层细胞中维持细胞层发育和角蛋白纤维束的形成 (by similar)。在微生物感染方面，Cytokeratin 作为中介，通过 clfB 介导金黄色葡萄球菌 (S.aureus) 对脱屑鼻上皮细胞的粘附，可能在鼻腔定植中发挥作用。此外，它还能结合肺炎链球菌 (S.pneumoniae) 的 PsrP 蛋白，介导细菌对肺细胞系的粘附。降低 KRT10 角蛋白水平会减少粘附，而过表达则会增加粘附。这种相互作用不需要蛋白质糖基化。

  • Western blot analysis of extracts from A431(lane 2(20ug) and A431(lane 3(40ug) using Cytokeratin 10 Antibody (HY-P82112) Rabbit mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (1/1000) and Loading control antibody (Beta Actin, HY-P80438, 1/10000) was used in 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1/10000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
