F2 Antibody is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG polyclonal antibody, targeting to F2.
研究背景

F2 是一种凝血酶 (Thrombin)，能够特异性切割 Arg 和 Lys 后的肽键，将纤维蛋白原 (fibrinogen) 转化为纤维蛋白 (fibrin)，并激活凝血因子 V、VII、VIII、XIII。当与血栓调节蛋白 (thrombomodulin) 形成复合物时，还能激活蛋白 C (protein C)。它在血液稳态、炎症反应和伤口愈合中发挥关键作用。此外，F2 能够激活凝血因子 XI (F11)，且这种激活作用在与带负电荷的表面接触时会增强。F2 还能触发内皮细胞中促炎细胞因子 (如 MCP-1/CCL2 和 IL8/CXCL8) 的产生。by similar: 其他凝血酶可能也具有类似的底物特异性和功能。
