p23 Antibody (YA3131) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to p23.

p23 是一种胞质前列腺素合成酶 (cytosolic prostaglandin synthase)，能够催化前列腺素内过氧化物 H2 (prostaglandin endoperoxide H2，PGH2) 氧化还原为前列腺素 E2 (prostaglandin E2，PGE2)。同时，它也是一种分子伴侣 (molecular chaperone)，能够在激素依赖性方式下定位到基因组反应元件，并通过促进转录调控复合物的解离来破坏受体介导的转录激活。此外，p23 通过与 EGLN1/PHD2 相互作用，促进 HIF α 蛋白的羟基化，从而将 EGLN1/PHD2 招募到 HSP90 通路中。by similar: 促进 HIF α 蛋白羟基化的功能。

  Immunocytochemistry analysis of Hela cells labeling p23 with p23 Antibody (HY-P83386) at 1/50 dilution. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes at room temperature, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 10 minutes at room temperature, then blocked with QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining for 10 min at room temperature. Cells were then incubated with p23 Antibody (HY-P83386) at 1/50 dilution in QuickBlock™ Blocking Buffer for Immunol Staining at 4 ℃. Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L（HY-P8002, Green) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution. PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the secondary antibody only control. The Nuclear counterstain was DAPI (Blue).
