Renilla Luciferase Antibody (YA3013) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to Renilla Luciferase.
研究背景

Renilla Luciferase 是一种酶，当与底物结合时，催化氧合反应，生成极不稳定的氢过氧化物，随后环化为二氧杂环丁酮结构并分解，释放出 CO(2) 分子。二氧杂环丁酮的自发分解释放约 50 kcal/mol 的能量，用于生成激发态的腔肠酰胺产物（单阴离子的单线态形式）。在体内，该产物通过非辐射能量转移至辅助蛋白——绿色荧光蛋白（GFP），最终产生绿色生物发光。而在体外缺乏 GFP 的情况下，产物会发射蓝光。
