SNX1 Antibody (YA2044) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA2044), targeting SNX1, with a predicted molecular weight of 59 kDa (observed band size: 74 kDa). SNX1 Antibody (YA2044) can be used for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC experiment in human, mouse, rat background.
研究背景

The related gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family. Members of The family contain a phox (PX) domain, which is a phosphoinositide binding domain, and are involved in intracellular trafficking. The endosomal protein regulates the cell-surface expression of epidermal growth factor receptor. The protein also has a role in sorting protease-activated receptor-1 from early endosomes to lysosomes. The protein may form oligomeric complexes with family members. The related gene results in three transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from Hela (lane 1, 20 μg), HepG2 (lane 2, 20 μg), 293T (lane 3, 20 μg), Jurkat (lane 4, 20 μg), and U2OS (lane 5, 20 μg) using SNX1 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non - fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:5000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti - Rabbit IgG - HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
