Concentration: 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10 and 100 μM
Incubation Time: 48 h
Result: Inhibited the viability of MDA-MB-468 and MCF-7 cells with IC50s of 8.2 μM and 13.2 μM, respectively. Was nontoxic against HEK-293 noncancerous cells.
