生物活性

Asperflavin is an anti-inflammatory compound that can be produced by the marine fungus Eurotium amstelodami. Asperflavin inhibits the production of NO, PGE2, and proinflammatory cytokines, as well as the expression of inducible NOS (iNOS) in RAW 264.7 cells treated with LPS (HY-D1056). Asperflavin can be used in the study of inflammatory diseases[1].

Western Blot Analysis[1]

Cell Line: LPS-Stimulated (1 μg/mL) RAW 264.7 cells
Concentration: 50 μM, 100 μM, 200 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Inhibited the expression of iNOS but did not reduce the expression of COX-2.

ELISA Assay[1]

Cell Line: LPS-Stimulated (1 μg/mL) RAW 264.7 cells
Concentration: 50 μM, 100 μM, 200 μM
Incubation Time: 24 h
Result: Reduced the production of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6 at a concentration of 200 μM.
Reduced TNF-α, IL-6 levels without changing IL-1β levels at concentrations of 100 μM.
Reduced the production of TNF-α, did not change IL-1β, IL-6 production at a concentration of 50 μM.
