Coumarin 6, a fluorescent dye, is used as a fluorescent probe in a microparticle drug delivery system to conduct in vivo tracking, cell uptake, and transport mechanism studies of drug delivery systems (λexc=450 nm, λem=505 nm)[1][2][3].

Coumarin 6 标记的 HPMC 纳米粒[3]

(5) 添加2 μg/mL纳米颗粒加入MDCKII细胞培养皿中，避光孵育5分钟、15分钟、30分钟和60分钟。
(6) 加入冷 PBS 缓冲液以阻止 MDCKII 细胞摄取纳米颗粒，并用HBSS清洗.
(7) 用荧光显微镜观察MDCKII细胞对纳米粒子的摄取。
