EGFR-IN-29 inhibits Ba/F3 cells with stable overexpression of △19del/T790M/C797S mutant genes, cells overexpressing EGFR WT and A431 carrying EGFR WT with IC50 values of 6.8 nM, 151 nM and 1128 nM, respectively.
