Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase D  (Synonyms: Endo D)

Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase D (Endo D), isolated from Streptococcus pneumoniae. Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase D hydrolyzes Fc N-glycan of intact IgG antibodies after sequential removal of the sialic acid, galactose, and internal GlcNAc residues in the N-glycan. Endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase D possesses transglycosylation activity with sugar oxazoline as the donor substrate^[1].

使用方法
1) 10 μg 的 Fetuin，加入 1 μL 的 500 mM sodium acetate (pH 7.5)，用去离子水定容到 10 μl；
2）加入 1-2 μL 的 Endo D，轻轻吹打混匀；
3）37 °C 孵育 1h；
4) 用 SDS-PAGE 或质谱分析。
