Faridoxorubicin (AVA-6000) is a prodrug targeting fibroblast activation protein α (FAPα). Faridoxorubicin releases active doxorubicin through FAPα-mediated cleavage, enhancing intratumoral drug exposure and reducing cardiac toxicity.
