生物活性

Heveadride is a fungal metabolite and an antifungal agent. Heveadride is active against various filamentous fungi and some human pathogenic yeasts. Heaveadride induces down-regulation of TNFα-induced NF-κB activity in human chronic myeloid leukemia cells with an IC50 of 82.7 μM[1][2].

(In Vitro)

Heveadride (Compound 2) (5 and 10 μg/disc) 对丝状真菌显示出中等强度的抑制活性，在5 μg/disc浓度下对酵母菌无活性，在100 μg/disc浓度下对部分酵母菌有弱活性[1]。
