Icariside E5  (Synonyms: 淫羊藿次甙E5)

Icariside E5 is a lignan glycoside isolated from the Capsicum annuum. Icariside E5 promotes the proliferation of HUVECs without cytotoxicity. Icariside E5 has antioxidant properties^[1][2].

Icariside E5 (5、10、20、40 μM；48 小时) 轻微促进人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC) 的增殖。Icariside E5不具有清除ROS的药理作用^[1]。
Icariside E既不引起细胞内活性氧水平升高，也不影响线粒体通透性转换，也不通过1型香草素受体发出信号。它保护Jurkat细胞免受由以下物质介导的氧化应激诱导的细胞凋亡血清戒断^[2]。
