描述及优势

MCE ATP 检测试剂盒可快速检测细胞内 ATP 含量。原理为 ATP 在荧光素酶 (Firefly Luciferase) 的作用下与底物荧光素 (Luciferin) 反应产生荧光。当荧光素酶和底物荧光素均过量时，在一定浓度范围内荧光强度与 ATP 浓度成正比，通过测定荧光强度检测样品中 ATP 浓度。

本试剂盒适用于细胞、组织和其他生物样本中的 ATP 检测。100 T 至少可以检测 100 个样品。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
