Insulin peglispro (BIL) (s.c., 17, 0.45 or 1.15 mg/kg/d, 52 week) 在任何剂量下对Crl:CD(SD)大鼠的生存没有影响，会导致体重有些增加。在给药剂量为 0.17 mg/kg时，血清葡萄糖浓度没有影响，而 0.45 mg/kg 时，在第 1 天给药后 3 小时和 6 小时显示出较低的血清葡萄糖浓度[1]。
