Mouse Laminin 

Mouse Laminin is a Laminin from mouse that can be used as a thin coating on tissue culture surfaces or as a soluble additive to culture media^[1][2].

黑色透明底的 96 孔组织培养板，分别包被浓度范围为 25-200 µg/mL 的层粘连蛋白-内切蛋白 (LE)、Laminin 或细胞外基质 (ECM) 凝胶。将每块粘附基质用 PBS (6 mM KCl、1 mM Na₂HPO₄、0.2 mM NaH₂HPO₄.H₂O、1.4 mM MgSO₄.7H₂O、128 mM NaCl、1.2 mM Ca²⁺、10 mM HEPES，pH 7.4) 稀释，直至达到所需终浓度 (25、50、75、100、125、150、175 和 200 μg/mL)，并在每个孔的中间加入 5 µL 凝胶。将包被的板在 5% CO₂ 和 37˚С 下孵育过夜，用 PBS 缓冲液清洗两次，并在层流罩中风干，然后接种心肌细胞^[3]。
