IFN-beta 属于 I 型干扰素家族^[2][3][7]。IFN-beta 是细胞在病毒感染或核酸刺激下产生的分泌型细胞因子^[2][5][7]。IFN-beta 与细胞表面异二聚体受体 (IFNAR1/IFNAR2) 结合，激活 JAK-STAT 信号通路，诱导干扰素刺激基因 (ISGs) 表达 (如 PKR、2'5'-OAS)^[2][3][4][7]。IFN-beta 抑制病毒增殖、调节免疫应答 (如抑制 Th1 细胞极化、减少促炎细胞因子分泌)、抑制血管平滑肌细胞和肿瘤细胞增殖，具有抗动脉粥样硬化和血管重塑作用^[2][5][6][7]。IFN-beta 在脾脏、肺脏、肾脏等组织以及血管内皮细胞、免疫细胞中表达^[5][7]。IFN-beta, Human 是一种由 166 个氨基酸组成的蛋白质，与 IFN-α 的共识序列有 35% 的序列同一性，与鼠 IFN-β (muIFN-β) 有 50% 的序列同一性^[8]。

IFN-beta Protein, Human (10 U/mL；48-96 h) 在人肾细胞癌 SN12PM6 细胞中细胞密度依赖性地抑制 bFGF mRNA 和蛋白表达^[5]。

IFN-beta Protein, Human (25 μg；腹腔注射；3 次；第 1、3 和 10 天) 在 BALB/cByJ 小鼠中诱导针对人 IFNβ 的 T 细胞增殖反应^[4]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
