IL-1R1 蛋白, Rat (HEK293, His-mFc)

IL-1R1 (CD121a) belongs to IL-1 receptor, and binds to IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-1Ra and IL-38 with comparable affinities (K_d: 0.1-1 nM). IL-1R1 regulates the transcription of multiple proinflammatory cytokines and mediates immune and inflammatory responses, including the activation of NF-κB, MAPK pathways^[1]. IL-1R1 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His-mFc) is a recombinant rat extracellular region of IL-1R1 (M1-K352) with C terminal His and hFc tags, which is produced in HEK293 cells.

IL-1R1 与 IL-1α 和 IL-1β 相互作用，从而与 IL-1α 和 IL-1β 共同促进信号转导。IL-1R3 (IL-1RAcP)^[3]。IL-1R1 在坏死体形成中很重要。IL-1R1 与 p-MLKL 相互作用，在 tGCI（全脑缺血）后触发神经元坏死性凋亡^[4]。
IL-1R1 介导坏死体形成以及免疫和炎症反应，包括激活NF-κB、MAPK等通路。

IL-1R1 (murine, .5 μg/mL) prevents the loss of cell-surface IL-1R1 in Il1rn^−/− blood cells^[6].
